Warranty & Return Policy

We warrant that our prints are genuine first edition David Roberts Lithographs, published in England by F.G. Moon between 1842-1849. We also warrant that the prints will have no major defects within 1/2" of the image area, such as substantial foxing, stains, tears, creases or losses, other than as described and disclosed before or at time of purchase.

If lithographs have been cleaned by Medina Arts, Inc. we warrant this to be as described at Cleaning David Roberts Lithographs. We make no warranty as to prior cleaning or conservation by others, and make no other warranties, express or implied.

If within 30 days of receipt you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, postage prepaid, postmarked within that period and insured for its purchase price, and we will gladly refund your original payment, less the original shipping and handling charges.

Payment

Our preferred payment methods is PayPal, but we can also accept Visa and MasterCard. We will ship your prints immediately on payment by any of these methods. Money orders and personal checks must clear before shipment of purchases. Washington State residents add 8.8% sales tax on their purchases.

Shipping & Shipping Charges

We ship "FOB" Seattle, Washington, which means that once we deliver a package to the shipper or carrier at Seattle, all risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the buyer. Consequently we strongly urge customers to buy insurance on their package for its full value. At your request we will arrange for such insurance as part of the final purchase price we quote to you.

Generally, we ship U.S. Registered Mail or UPS ground to locations in the United States, which usually results in delivery in 3-7 days. Special arrangements must be made for overseas shipments, usually via a private express carrier such as FedEx or DHL. We will add a $5 packing charge to each purchase, since secure, heavy duty packing is necessary to protect the lithographs - we want your prints to arrive undamaged.

A typical package of $1,000 - $5,000 insured value, shipped to a location in the United States, will be about $25-30, including the $5 packing charge, depending on the insured value.
